Thursday night, the nation will pause to hear John Kerry lay out his vision for a stronger America. Twenty thousand will be watching in person at Boston's Fleet Center. Another 100,000 or more will join us at convention parties across the country, a first-of-its-kind celebration taking place in nearly 5,000 locations.

The 2004 Democratic National Convention is going to be the biggest celebration in our party's history. We will celebrate our unity, our resolve, and the fact that we have the two best candidates to take on George Bush and Dick Cheney.
The convention parties happening in your area are a great way to gather with other people who know it's time for a change in leadership -- and they are a great way to get new people involved in the campaign. Find a party near you and bring your friends. If you'd like to hold your own party, you still can. All you have to do is sign up and have your party counted:

Your passion and commitment have set the stage for this week. On Thursday, we'll kick off the general election in an incredibly strong position against George Bush -- and it's all because of the sacrifices and efforts made by our broad base of supporters.
That is why live video from house parties across the country will be broadcast into the Fleet Center. In addition, all house parties will have the opportunity to join John Edwards on an exclusive conference call. Don't miss out -- be a part of this historic event. Attend or plan a party:

You have been the driving force behind our campaign. We hope that you'll be active participants on this historic night.
Thank you,
